Looking at Francesca Tan for the first time, you would be hard pressed to think that this stunning looking Singapore lass was once thinking of becoming a forensic pathologist. Nor would you be able to guess that her childhood ambition was to be a pilot either.

Those somewhat unorthodox career goals could be put down to her excessive reading during her formulative years, and that was then.

Michelin Game - Unpossible Review

In the past few years, iOS gaming has been responsible for a number of new video gaming genres. In particular, the endless running category. That has, in turn, spawned off other endless variants like endless flying, endless racing etc.

Recently, there has been a lot of hype and publicity regarding the Flappy Bird game, and despite how I feel about the game itself, it was a phenomenal hit that surpassed everyone's expectations.

The iPad Air Review

October has now become the month of the iPad, and this year is no exception. Apple has unleashed 2013's models and I have been waiting to upgrade my iPad 3 for some time.

You see, the iPad 3 was the first ever Retina iPad/tablet but the problem was that the GPU was grossly underpowered to run smoothly for a lot of graphic intensive tasks.

Michelin Game - The Occupant Review

With Halloween just around the corner, it's little wonder that a number of horror games are being released this week. Indigo Lake, which I have just reviewed is probably the scariest game on the iOS platform. And now, we have The Occupant.

Written and developed by a 2-man team, it is based off the Unreal engine and the game itself has a very simple premise.

Michelin Game - Batman Arkham City Lockdown Review

2010's release of Infinity Blade has brought about a slew of similar swipe/touch combat games on the iOS platform, and with the recent release of the iOS version of Batman Arkham Origins, I thought it would be good to look back at 2011's Batman game that was based off the same console game that year.

Certainly, it bears a lot of similarities to the Infinity Blade series, and is a stripped down storyline of the console version. Despite that, it is still the best Batman game for the iPad and iPhone.

Michelin Game - Indigo Lake Review

There are very few horror videogames that are actually terrifying, and even fewer on the iOS platform. But 3 Cubes Research seems to want to alter that with their latest release.

Indigo Lake is also an iOS game unlike any that I have come across so far. It is a combination of a few gaming genres, and yet as a whole, it feels very fresh and inventive as well.

Michelin Game - Trouserheart Review

There has been many Diablo clones in iOS gaming, and for that matter, a fair number of hack and slash type of games on this platform. For the most part, they are usually quite competent and playable, and some like Orc: Vengence, are really quite outstanding.

Yet, there has never been one that really compelled me to play until the end, as most of such games tend to be quite repetitive and consist of very cliche storylines.
